Drawtex ER Series
Product Description
They are special drawing oils with excellent forming capabilities. They are produced by blending mineral base oils with the antiwear, anti-corrosion, EP and lubricity additives.
Application/Usage
They are especially used in processing, molding, deep-drawing and forming applications of hard and alloy steels, stainless steel and tool steel. They are also used in forming of all types DKP sheet metal. They are available up to 10 mm thick materials. They can be easily cleaned with organic and industrial cleaners. They can be applied with rollers or by brushing.
