QUENCHOIL VQL SERIES are the high performance heat treatment oils which were prepared by blending with refined mineral base oils and special additives. They were especially designed for using in vacuum ovens.
They are special products that have excellent resistance to evaporation, and throwing out of gas quickly from structure.
Application/Usage
QUENCHOIL VQL SERIES are suitable for vacuum heat treatment processes of all kinds of steel, especially tool or high speed steels. They are also used for hardening of alloyed-unalloyed steels and breeding steels.
They are suitable for reducing distortion of variety components such as gears, shafts and bearings.
They provide to obtain spotless and clean surfaces without affecting the vacuum thanks to their properties of evaporation resistance and low gas-absorption.
