It is a low viscosity, special mould release agent which is formulated using minarel and synthetic oils. It is used primarily in the copper and brass industry and hot wrought. It forms a thin and homogenous release layer between setting material and its mould. 
Application/Usage
It supplies a qualified surface; it is used to release the material from the metal moulds, to prevent adhesion between the mould and the material and to prevent damage the mould purely.
It must be applied to form a thin film on the mould surface for easy and multiple releases. Do not apply excessive amounts of release oil so that it is running down the mould, as this could be detrimental and cause damage to the edge detail.
