Pearlfluid MP/HF
Product Description
It is a water miscible hot wrought and extrusion fluid. It does not contain oil and graphite, contains special additves. It forms homogenous white film on the surface.
Application/Usage
It is a fluid which is used as mould release agent in aluminum extrusion and steel hot wrought processes.
It provides easy releases of materials from mould and forms a white film. Film that has excellent lubricating performance provides easily separation of metal from the mould even at high temperatures.
It is applied by manual or automatic spraying, diluting with water
Usage ratio changes according to hardness of operations. It is used between 3-10% in simple and medium difficulty wrought press, %10-30 in hard operations.
