Recompound PG Series
Product Description
RECOMPOUND PG Series are high performance synthetic gear oils. They contain poly glycol based synthetic oils, corrosion inhibitor, antioxidant, EP and anti-wear additives. Synthetic base oils are selected to provide high load resistance and very low friction.
Application/Usage
They are especially recommended for worm gears and lubrication under heavy conditions. They are used for worm gears operating under severe conditions, Steel/Steel gear systems, Steel/Bronze gear systems, bearings and chains that are subjected to high temperatures.
Issues to be considered during application:
• They should not be mixed with mineral oils. System must be cleaned very well when RECOMPOUN PG is used instead of mineral based products.
• Good quality, epoxy based paints should be used where the oil is used.
• Their compatibility with seals should be checked.
