Pearl Fluid SD 44 SYN
Product Description
It is a special mould release agent which does not include mineral oils and is formulated using specially selected additives. It is used primarily in the iron casting industry. It forms a thin and homogenous release layer between setting material and its mould.
Application/Usage
It is a special product which is used in the continous casting plants. It is used purely not to damage the mould.
It must be applied to form a thin film on the mould surface for easy and multiple releases. Do not apply excessive amounts of release oil so that it is running down the mould, as this could be detrimental and cause damage to the edge detail.
It is recommended that it is applied by high pressure spraying machine. It forms thin and homogenous film layer for good surface quality of product.
