Bortex ALM 700
Product Description
It is multi-purpose, mineral oil based, conventional metal working fluid, which forms stable and milk emulsion with water. It is formulated with a well-balanced additive content which consist of high quality mineral base oils, strong emulsifiers and corrosion, foam and microorganism preventive chemicals.
Application/Usage
It has especially designed for using in machining of aluminum alloys. It provides high performance and excellent surface quality for working of special Al alloys ( Al Alloys of 6000 and 7000 series) which are used in aviation and defence industry.
It is recommended to use 5% in machining.
Concentration ranges mentioned above are valid in case of water with a Total Hardness of 5-20 dH is used in the emulsion.
