Cuttex KM Series
Product Description
They are high performance cutting oils, which are formulated with highly refined base oils, EP additives and high performance additives. They are used for cutting and machining operations of metals. Their oil mist is minimized in virtue of their special additives.
Application/Usage
They are especially used for tapping, deep hole drilling, screw-cutting and copying of iron and iron alloys.
Their basic function is to prevent direct contact of two objects by creating an intermediate lubricant layer. They prevent metal deformation by absorbing the released heat because of the friction between work piece and cutting tool.
They are not recommended to be used for processing of copper and brass materials.
