Product Description
CUTTEX BR is cutting and broaching oils, which is formulated with highly refined base oils and high performance additives. It is used for machining of high alloyed and normal alloyed steels.
Application/Usage
CUTTEX BR is especially designed for broaching operations. It is also used for difficult machining operations such as cutting, scrubbing, milling, tapping and etc.
Basic function of the lubrication of the workpiece and the chip, thus creating an intermediate layer is to prevent direct contact of two objects.
>It preserve cutting tool against wear, providing creation of the solid layer on the upper surface due to special anti-wear and extreme-pressure (EP) additives.
