Product Description

They are high quality cutting oils which are formulated with refined base oils and high performance additives. They are especially used for the most difficult machining and grinding operations on the process of high-alloy steel and drilling, cutting and milling processes. They reduce the formation of oil mist to minimum.

Application/Usage

They can be used as cutting oil for the processing of many types of steel including alloy-steels. They are used successfully for the operations of deep hole drilling, cutting and milling. 

Their basic function is to prevent direct contact of two objects by creating an intermediate lubricant layer. They prevent metal deformation by absorbing the released heat because of the friction between work piece and cutting tool.

They form strong film layer which protects the cutting tools under the heavy loads.
