Cores MKR Series
Product Description
CORES MKR SERIES are mineral oil based, water-miscible metalworking fluids used for corrosion prevention. They form long-life, stable and milky emulsions when mixed water.
Application/Usage
They are used as pure or mixing with water for rust protection.
• Machining : 4-9%
• Tube and pipe processing : 5-20%
• Rust Protection : 20%. The emulsion is prepared and heated between the temperatures of 50-700C. Materials are immersed into the emulsion. They form very thin protective film layer. While the concentration increases, the protection time is also increases.
• They are used as pure for high-speed cutting operations.
Concentration ranges mentioned above are valid in case of water with a Total Hardness of 5-10 dH is used in the emulsion. The emulsion should be prepared by adding CORES MKR SERIES on the water meeting the recommended water specifications and blending slowly, in an emulsion preparation tank if possible.
