Product Description
It is a high performance drawing oil which is prepared by using new generation additive technology and contains special lubricants and EP additives.
Application/Usage
Drawtex SWR is used succesfully in drawing operations of metals such as iron, steel and in cold rolling of iron, steel bars. It forms a strong oil film in very short time and this film is resistant to high loads in hard forming operations. It is used as pure for cold rolling of iron and steel bars. It can be applied on the material or mould to be processed with rollers or by brushing.
It can be removed easily by alkaline and neutral cleaners.
